About Roberto

Since a child, Roberto always played and loved sports. He grew up in Messina, Sicily, where he played water polo for more than 12 years before moving to Bologna where he studied Physiotherapy at the “University of Bologna”. That is where he discovered his huge passion for rehabilitation and injury prevention.

After 2 years working as a junior physiotherapist in Italy, Roberto moved to Australia where he completed the Diploma of Remedial Massage at TAFE in 2016. His physiotherapy knowledge and his massage skills, help him to treat and explain to his patients how to move and perform better in their sports and daily activities and how to prevent injuries.

Having finished his Remedial Massage course, Roberto has worked with different massage companies around Sydney treating amateur and high-level athletes of different sports such as NRL, cricket, soccer, triathlon, and martial arts. Also, he has worked and collaborated with different practitioners such as podiatrists, chiropractors, physiotherapists, and osteopaths to create a holistic approach for each patient.

After many years of experience in the field, Roberto decided to open his own business, Trinacria Health Therapy, where he grew up as a therapist and businessman. After 5 years, he sold his business to follow a dream that he had for a long time in his mind, travel around the world. This experience long 18 months helped Roberto to grow as a human being. After his break, he is now ready to use his skills for treating and teaching people to move and perform better in their own everyday activities.
