Come & get STRONG with us!

To join our STRONG program, you will undergo an initial 30-minute STRONG Gym Assessment with our Accredited Exercise Physiologists so we can design a program to suit you & your exercise needs. Then you can pick one of the Gym Membership categories above or choose a 5, 10, or 20 pack of exercise classes and book in your preferred exercise class time.

STRONG GYM

This is a personalised gym & cardio program provided by our Exercise Physiologists. After a 30-minute Assessment appointment, your program will be reviewed every 3 months where it can be tweaked and changed as required.

STRONG Strength

This is a 60 minute ‘circuit style’ class provided by either our Exercise Physiologists or Physios. It is suitable for all ages and abilities, with the exercises including a mix of bodyweight, dumbbells & weights machines, adjusted to suit you. Class sizes limited to 6 persons

ONERO®

This is a supervised, evidence-based, high intensity resistance and impact training program designed for people with osteopenia & osteoporosis, and for those who want to improve their Bone Health.

LEARN TO LIFT

This is a 60 minute class for teenagers (13-19 years) aimed at helping, teaching and guiding teenagers how to start lifting weights in the gym setting. Class sizes limited to 6 persons

STRONG Pilates

This is a 60 minute ‘circuit style’ class provided by our qualified Pilates Physios & Exercise Physiologists. Pilates will train your inner core & outer core muscles for stability, pain-free movement & maximum performance. It is suitable for all ages and abilities, with the exercises performed adjusted to suit you.

STRONG POOL

Our pool is an 18m cold water recovery pool designed to assist you in your recovery. The pool is not heated and that is deliberate. You are to bring your own towel, drink bottle, goggles and a change of clothes.
