Gabby Giannakos

PHYSIOTHERAPIST / PILATES

About Gabby

When not at work, I can be found exploring the outdoors, whether that be hiking, trail running, or relaxing at the beach. I love going to the gym with my partner or going on runs with my group of friends. Besides from enjoying being active in the beautiful outdoors, in my spare time I enjoy playing guitar and piano or collecting new vinyl records.

I have been fortunate enough to spend the last three years working as a sports trainer for local and professional level AFL teams where I gained an interest in footy-related injuries.

Experience in private practice, women’s health, pilates, acute and rehabilitation sparked a strong interest in helping others understand their injury and return to their activities feeling empowered and strong.
