Kelly Lenh

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

About Kelly

Growing up, I’ve always enjoyed staying active, and this continues today through swimming, hiking in national parks, and training at the gym. With a strong interest in health, science, and exercise, studying exercise physiology felt like a natural path. Now, with a deeper understanding of its impact and seeing the improvements first hand, I’m passionate about advocating for the importance of exercise and the powerful benefits it has holistically. My approach is to provide individualised care, helping people understand, experience, and appreciate how exercise can positively impact their daily lives, both mentally and physically.

After graduating from UNSW with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology I’ve developed a strong passion in chronic disease management, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, falls and injury prevention.
