About Valerie:
Valerie is a friendly and enthusiastic member of the Balmain Sports Medicine team. Having grown up in the local area, she has a strong connection to the community and enjoys welcoming patients and helping them feel at home from the moment they walk through the door.
With a background in Sport and Exercise Science, Valerie has a keen interest in health, fitness and wellbeing, and a passion for living an active lifestyle. She enjoys running, swimming, and training at the gym, and has recently added boxing with Physio Dominic to her weekly routine.
Outside of work, Valerie loves spending time at the beach, enjoying the outdoors and catching up with friends and family.
