How does a ski boot fitting appointment work?
- Assessing and identifying your body’s functional strengths and limits is key to a great ski boot fitting. We carry out a full biomechanical assessment and history. We find out what kind of skiing you like, previous boot problems, injuries, biomechanical function, and anything else relevant. Then all measurements are taken to create a plan for your fit.
- The correct shell is selected to give you the function you require, and the most appropriate custom liner is chosen for your foot type and any expansions required are done. A mold of your foot is taken for your ski orthotics and they are then manufactured on-site.
- Once you’re correctly set-up, you have more comfort, improved performance, reduced fatigue and lower your risk of ski injuries.
