A 12-week program developed in conjunction with Jase Cronshaw from V&B Athletic and designed to get you from the couch to 7km right up to clocking a PB in the Blackmores Half Marathon.
- Coaching with your own personal Running Coach.
- Regular Support and contact with your coach, as required, via face to face, email or phone.
- Information and advice including nutrition, event strategy, gear and mental preparation.

Tuesdays - We Build Strength with Intervals, Hills and Tempo Sessions at 5:40am - King George's Park, Rozelle
Thursdays - We Build Speed with Fartlek and progression sessions at 5:40am - King George's Park, Rozelle
Saturdays - We Build Endurance with Guided Group-based Long Run Sessions at 6:30am - Leichhardt Oval 3, Lilyfield
Choose your Training combo:
Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays: $600 plus 2% transaction fee
Tuesdays & Thursdays: $450 plus 2% transaction fee
Just Saturdays: $240 plus 2% transaction fee
Suitable for all running levels / ages, we will show you by training smarter and adding some simple technical running techniques, how you can improve your quality of training, and in turn, improve your performance without adding more stress to your bodies.
