PHYSIOTHERAPIST / PILATES
Originally from Roma in outback Queensland; I grew up playing a variety of sports – primarily netball and touch football. After multiple injuries that these sports afforded me, and several trips to the local physio – I decided to pursue a career in physiotherapy myself.
I completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy in Brisbane in 2013, and have spent the years subsequent to then practicing in MSK / private practice settings in a variety of locations. I began my career in Queensland’s beautiful Sunshine Coast, then spent several years in London. I moved from London to Sydney in late 2018 (I couldn’t hack the cold and the rain any longer!), and came to enjoy the warmer climate Sydney had to offer.
Outside of work, I can usually be found on a netball court, a touch football field, or hiking in one of NSW’s many gorgeous national parks – anything that gets me outdoors!
I have a clinical interest in knee and shoulder injuries. I’ve worked with several rugby league and rugby union clubs over the years, which led to an interest in strength and conditioning rehabilitation. I particularly enjoy working with the active population to get people back to doing what they love.
