As a Counsellor, Performance Psychologist and Coach, I have worked with a wide range of individuals to improve personal wellbeing, performance and effectiveness. Adopting a client-centred, solution-focused approach, I work with clients to help them pursue a rich, full and meaningful life when struggling with life stressors, work issues, anxiety and depression.
As well as working with the excellent folk at Balmain Sports Medicine, in the past few years, I have been privileged to consult to Condor Performance as a Performance Psychologist working with a wide range of athletes from a number of disciplines to help them improve their mental performance. I also consult to the Workplace Mental Health Institute to build capability in Individuals and Organisations in applying Mental Health ‘First Aid’ to others, managing Mental Health issues and Building Resilience.
I love sport. I am a keen but very average golfer, cricketer, tennis player, runner, skier, as well as a passionate Tiger, Swan and Sydney Swifts supporter. I love the Olympics and most of the various World Cups! As an ex-actor and singer, I am also a great supporter and fan of the Performing Arts. I value the impact physical health and exercise has on both my own and others’ wellbeing.
