Complex Hip and Advanced Running Rehabilitation
This workshop is designed for all therapists into work with physically active patients with anterior hip and groin pain. The aim of the course is to provide a clear, honest and evidence-based look, combined with more than 25 years of joint clinical experience at what does and does not work in the assessment and management of the active hip patient. You have completed rehab and progressed to strength training for your injured runners. So, what is the next step to reduce injury risk and return safely to running? This highly practical course will give you the skills and knowledge to integrate advanced training methods (plyometric, dynamic mobility and running drills) in the rehabilitation of runners and prescribe conditioning programmes with a deep understanding of how they affect pathology and performance.
