PHYSIOTHERAPIST / PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Growing up in Lismore in the Northern Rivers, I was active from a young age playing tennis and dancing. I began dancing at the age of 4 and took this passion all the way through to university. After a number of years dancing professionally and teaching Pilates, my continued interest in human movement took me back to Uni where I completed post-graduate studies in Physiotherapy.
When I’m not at work I enjoy catching up with friends, walking my dog Millie and of course, dancing!
My special sports interests include Dance and the performing arts, Pilates and tennis. I also have a new found interest in basketball hence, I tend to specialise in the treatment of lower limb injuries.
As a physiotherapist I have been privileged to work for:
- Petersham Rugby club (2018)
Degree / Qualifications:
- 2019; Dr of Physiotherapy
- 2014; Pilates instructor
- 2012; Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Dance Studies
Membership of Professional Associations:
- Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA)
